Granulated ammonium nitrate

Granulated Ammonium Nitrate is a universal fertilizer used for all types of agricultural crops. It can also be applied to garden and ornamental plants. It is produced in granulated form, is well absorbed by plants, and is soluble in water.

This high-concentration nitrogen fertilizer is most effective when used for early spring top dressing of winter cereals, as a base fertilizer for spring grains, corn, sunflower, and other crops. It provides good results when applied together with phosphorus and potassium. It is used in agriculture as a nitrogen fertilizer and is exported to both near and far foreign countries.

GOST 2-2013
HS Code: 3102309000

Ammonium Nitrate (NH₄NO₃) is used as a nitrogen fertilizer and in many industrial sectors.

Safety Requirements:

Ammonium nitrate is an explosive substance at a temperature of 210°C, with a melting point of 169.6°C. It is an oxidizer capable of supporting the combustion of other materials. Ammonium nitrate dust is explosive and combustible. Based on its impact on the human body, ammonium nitrate is classified as a moderately hazardous substance (hazard class 3).

Ammonium nitrate is packed in polypropylene bags of 50, 500, and 1000 kg. The product must be stored in covered, dry, and clean warehouses that protect it from moisture. Ammonium nitrate in containers and packages wrapped in shrink film may be stored in open areas. Storage must be carried out separately from other materials and substances.

Transportation: the product is transported in bags in covered railway wagons and by road transport. Transportation of unpackaged nitrate in mineral carriers or hoppers is permitted.

The guaranteed shelf life is six months from the date of manufacture.
